We obviously love to analyse data, simplify processes, and produce bespoke software solutions for all businesses and industries. We have realised that the HR industry seems to be very data rich, and relatively information poor, so we have decided to offer you some unique solutions. We want to help HR consultants, as well as business owners, to understand their HR data. Our services are two-fold, as we create custom spreadsheets to analyse your data, but we also provide a virtual assistance service to utilise the available tools, so that we can provide you with the information that you desire from your data.

360 Staff Appraisal Data Analysis
Do you need to perform 360 staff appraisals for employees? Setting up questionnaires, sending them out to the respective people, collecting the completed reports, and consolidating the data, in order to produce a 360 appraisal for each staff member, takes time. Whether you’re an HR consultant, manager or director, this is time that could be spent doing something more productive, however this is a job which needs to be done. You can give us the specifics of your 360 appraisal requirements, let us gather the data and produce the reports. You still get the desired result, but you don’t have to do all of the running around to get it.
Staff Absentee Report
If you have someone monitoring who was off, when and why, do they merely monitor it, or do you get a report? If you would like to be on top of your staff absenteeism, we can monitor that for you. You let us know who was off when (we’ll provide the tools for you to do that), and we will then analyse your data, and provide you with a (monthly or yearly) report. This report will show who has been off when, and for what reasons. It will monitor if people are approaching, or have gone beyond, company limits for any type of absentee reason. It will also monitor who needs to carry over what leave, and who needs to take leave before they lose it (if they can only carry over a certain number of days). Do you have other requirements? Staff or Consultant Time Sheets
Do you have staff submitting time sheets? We can provide your staff with simple spreadsheets, in order for them to capture their time worked. We can then collect these – weekly or monthly – consolidate the data, and produce reports for you. This is not specifically a payroll solution, but you could use it in conjunction with that. We will produce a report showing how much each person has worked (and any other specific details you may want to know), but we will also monitor trends, increases or decreases of time worked, project versus time comparisons, etc. Think of it as an analysis of your staff productivity rather than just a payroll solution. If you wish to use the figures produced for your payroll then feel free to do so, but we are not accountants so the figures are just based on the time sheets. We do offer bespoke reporting, so let us know what you would like to monitor, so that we can provide you with the right solution.
Bespoke HR Data Analysis
We have shown you some standard services which we provide, but often businesses end up with some very unique HR data which they need to better understand. We are on hand to analyse such data, and produce reports to better explain how this data affects the business, which will put you in a better position to make the correct decisions moving forward. Whether you just need a simple spreadsheet to analyse some exported data on a CSV file (see the relevant service below), or whether you need batches of data to be consolidated and reported on, get in touch. These kinds of reports can be particularly useful when comparing your HR data with your business data. If you have business reports showing anything in particular, such as seasonal trends, marketing success, sales growth, etc., how does your HR data compare? You let us know what data you have available, and what you would like to know, and we will make the reports for you.
CSV Data Analysis
There are so many software solutions available today, we are often spoiled for choice. Although we think that there could be more software solutions available for the HR industry, there are many options. If you use software to manage any aspect of HR, but it doesn’t produce the exact report that you need, we may be able to help. Many of these software packages will export data to a CSV file. If you can get the right data exported, we can analyse that data for you, and produce the reports which you wish to see.
Bespoke Software Tools
If you have an HR department, but you just need some tools to help them be more productive, then we have you covered. We specialise in making macro-free spreadsheets for all sorts of applications. We have found that many of the applications for which we get enquiries are within HR. If you need any tools to help you to run a successful HR department, please do let us know.
